The service

Flexmywork is a career journaling tool that generates resumes, finds job matches, and tracks applications from the content you log. It's provided as-is during beta; things will occasionally break, and we'll fix them fast.

Your content

Everything you write is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store it, process it at your request (e.g., tailoring a resume), and show it back to you. We claim no ownership and no right to use it for anything else — including model training.

Your responsibilities

Keep your account credentials to yourself.
Log truthfully — the product's value depends on it, and resumes generated from your entries are your representations to employers, not ours.
Don't abuse the service: no scraping other users, no reverse-engineering the AI endpoints, no illegal content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew until cancelled; cancel anytime and keep access through the period you paid for. Purchases via Apple or Google follow their refund rules; web purchases via Stripe can be refunded within 14 days if the product didn't work for you — just email us.

Liability

We work hard on accuracy but can't guarantee interviews, offers, or error-free output — always review a resume before sending it. To the extent the law allows, our liability is capped at what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending things

You can delete your account whenever you like (see theprivacy policy for what happens to data). We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where practical.
